IF THIS INSURANCE PLAN DOES NOT NEED A PRE-AUTH SELECT THAT OUTCOME BELOW.

In Tebra, search for the Assessment, Pre-Auth "client" in the search bar. Select the "client" and go to Demographics tab --> Upcoming Appointments. Note these available appointments or Duplicate your tab (right-click the tab and select "Duplicate Tab").

Then, in Tebra, search for the correct assessment Availability "client" in the search bar:

Availability, Assessment-ADHD/Psychodiag = ADHD, Learning, substance abuse, pre-employment, personality, ESA
Availability, Assessment-Autism = Autism/ASD
Availability, Assessment-Neuropsych = neuropsychological, memory, TBI, dementia, etc

Select the Availability client and go to Demographics tab --> Upcoming Appointments. Identify and offer appointments at least 4 weeks after a "Pre-Auth" appointment that works for the client. If the client does not want testing if the pre-auth is denied, suggest at least 5 weeks after the pre-auth appt to allow for an appeal if needed.

You do NOT need to select the same provider for both appointments (but, for Dr. Jessie-Huber, only book adults for the testing portion unless it's an Autism or Neuropsych assessment).
