MERMAID BAY FESTIVAL 2025

Location: George Core Park (Lighthouse Park), Port St. Joe FL

All times are listed in Eastern Time.

Setup                 6 am - 9 am 
Event Hours     10 am - 4 pm
Breakdown       4 pm - 5 pm

Applications are accepted based on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Preference will be given to local artisans. 

10x10 Outdoor Tent Booth Spaces   $75
10x20 Outdoor Tent Booth Spaces   $135

Free booth spaces are available for nonprofit organizations. The space can only be used for educational materials, donation boxes, giveaways, and arts & craft activities for attendees.

Trailers/Food Trucks/Other: 
Limited spaces available. Fee is $75 + $60 for each additional 10' length. Please list all space requirements and requests on application or via email.

The deadline for all Vendor Applications is January 31st, 2025.
