Arts Principal Award Nomination Form (Elementary School)
(Deadline: December 7, 2018) Principals are so important to the success of arts programs in their schools.This award recognizes principals who support and promote arts education and arts participation in their schools.

Eligibility: Must be an active OCPS Principal, for at least one year; must have demonstrated significant efforts to support arts education. The school's arts program must have at least one visual arts and one music program.

Panel Rubric: Please review this rubric, which will be used by the panel to evaluate nominations. The rubric is available at the bottom of this form.

Arts Principals Award recipients will be recognized at the Annual Principals Appreciation Breakfast on February 21, 2019. The winning principals will receive a $1,000 cash award for their school's arts program and other prizes.
