Sponsorship Registration - 2020 M.A.S.S. Paul J. Andrews Summer Executive Institute
We cordially invite you to register as a sponsor and/or exhibitor at the 2020 26th Annual M.A.S.S. Paul J. Andrews Summer Executive Institute at Mashpee High School, July 14th and July 15th, attended by more than 400 superintendents, central office staff and aspiring administrators.

Set up times is on Monday, July 13th between 12PM and 4PM. Upon arriving at Mashpee High School, you should enter into the visitor’s parking lot and unload your materials by using the handicap ramp. This entrance will allow you easy access into the exhibit area. Bill Erickson and Midge Frieswyk will be there to greet you, direct you to your table location and get any additional information for you or help you with any questions you might have.

The exhibit hall will open at approximately 7:30AM each day, July 14th and 15th. Our attendees will have an opportunity to visit the sponsor area at that time where a continental breakfast is served. They will again have the opportunity during their morning break and at lunch. Sponsors are invited to enjoy the delicious lunch offerings, which will provide networking time between you and school administrators.

For evening activities, our Annual BBQ is being held on Monday evening, July 13th at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth from 6PM – 9PM. On Wednesday evening, July 14th, there will be a reception held at the Flying Bridge Restaurant in Falmouth from 5:30PM – 9:00PM. You and your company representatives are invited to attend these two events and socialize with attendees.

We look forward to having you with us and anticipate once again an informative and productive M.A.S.S. Executive Institute.

LUNCH- is available at no charge for exhibitors on Tuesday and Wednesday. (No more than 4 total)

EXHIBIT DATES – Preferred check-in and setup is Monday, July 13th from 12 – 4PM, so that exhibits can open promptly at 7:30AM on Tuesday and Wednesday. Closing on Tuesday at 3PM and displays may be taken down after lunch on Wednesday. There are no exhibits on Thursday.

DISPLAY SPACE – Standard space is a 15x20 area in the gym or cafeteria. A paper-covered 8-foot table and folding chairs are provided, but there are no booth curtains or dividers. Spaces are assigned based on level of sponsorship, seniority, and separation of firms offering similar services or products. The Cafeteria has 15 spaces available around the perimeter; it is busier but is not air conditioned. The Gymnasium is air-cooled and arranged as three wide aisles with about 35 spaces on each.

ELECTRICITY – Access to electrical power is available for almost all exhibitors along outside walls, and it is advisable to bring a 25’ extension cord and a fused power strip. There are drop-down outlets on the interior aisles of the gym, but for safety reasons, some spaces cannot have power. Please indicate if you DO NOT need electricity so that we can accommodate others who MUST have access to power.

INTERNET CONNECTION – Full-time wireless access is provided in the gym and in the cafeteria.

RAFFLE PRIZES AND GIFTS – You may wish to encourage visits to your exhibit by conducting raffle drawings or gifts such as shirts, books, software, dinner coupons, sports tickets or vouchers, etc.
