The issues you list below will be put into a letter and sent to your landlord notifying them that they need to make these repairs. In this form, you will explain any repair issues you are currently experiencing in you apartment. We will then notify your landlord of these issues and have them reach out to you with a mutually exclusive date to fix the repairs. The organizer from your building will then reach out for an update on the repairs,  if they have not done at that time or a date hasn't been established, we will submit an online rent reduction application for you with the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
