2027 MPISCC Board of Directors Application

All members interested in chapter leadership are encouraged to complete this application form. Descriptions for board positions can be found on our website, www.mpiscc.org. 

The Officers and Directors represent the voice of the chapter's membership. To ensure that the Board has the vision and the ability to provide the Membership with a variety of benefits including opportunities for learning, building relationships, and growing their businesses, it is required that the Board collectively possess the following traits:

How do you qualify to serve on the board? It’s simple!
  • Must be an active member of MPISCC in good standing
  • Be willing to fulfill the obligations of the office in the capacity indicated
  • Have a history of involvement in Chapter activities
  • Have served as a dependable volunteer on a committee
  • Have some experience, knowledge, or skillset for the given volunteer role
  • Be willing to commit to a contribution of time, energy, and creativity to the Chapter

What are the expectations if elected to the board?
  • Serve for a one (1) year term January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027
  • Attend/participate in monthly board meetings in person (or via phone if on-site elsewhere). Only two unexcused absences
  • Attend/participate in two 1½ to 2-day Leadership Retreats (one in spring and one in fall/winter)
  • Attend monthly education/networking events sponsored by the Chapter at own expense
  • Consider attendance at MPI Global’s Chapter Business Summit (virtual) and MPI Global’s World Education Congress (WEC).
