Warriors Against Chordoma Hoops Challenge in Memory Of Chuck Mainey
The Warriors Against Chordoma Hoops Challenge was established in 2019 to honor the memory of a courageous fighter, husband, friend, brother, and son—Chuck Mainey. The Hoops Challenge supports the Chordoma Foundation in finding a cure for this one in a million, rare form of cancer and all proceeds will go to the Chordoma Foundation. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The second Annual Warriors Against Chordoma Hoops Challenge will be held at the Westwood High School gym at 2:00 pm on April 18, 2020. ALL Westwood basketball alumni players - boys AND girls - are invited to sign up to play in the game.

Teams will be made up of the alumni to play against each other for bragging rights on which team and players were best. The cost to play is $100.00 per player and tickets to watch the game will be $10.00 at the door. (Other donations are gladly accepted!) This year there will be some shooting contests, raffle prizes, as well as some silent auction items such as signed shirts by Gary Sinise (Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump) and JJ Redick (former Duke player, now with the New Orleans Pelicans).
