If you are a Woodland Grove resident between the (RP) ages of 14 through 17, would like driving lessons, or if you have had your license revoked, this form is for you!

***FOR LEARNER'S PERMITS:
Fill out the information below to schedule an appointment with our Driver Education Specialist, Tansy North Liqueurs (blakely.bunny). You will sign up for a class and on-the-road driving instructions while you hold your permit. This form MUST be completed and you must complete the PRE-TEST before you get your Learner's Permit.
During the 4 months that you hold your permit, you must log 4 hours of driving time with a parent or guardian over 21. You must also log 4 hours of driving time with Ms. Liqueurs. You can repeat this 4 month process as many times as you want (but only have to take the pre-test once) until you're ready for your full driver's license. Before getting your full license, you need the list below completed, then Ms. Liqueurs will sign off on your license, and the post-test completed with at least 80% as your grade.
To obtain a driver's license, you will need to have:
- The above hours logged (4 hours with a parent, 4 hours with Ms. Liqueurs - Grove House kiddos will log 8 hours with
Ms. Liqueurs
)
- Pre-test completed (Whether this is 0% or 100%)
- Post-test completed (80% - if lower than 80%, must wait 24 hours until you can take the test again)
- Held a learner's permit for at least 4 months
