Registrations are due by SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.
Families are welcome to register for Dharma School at any time during the school year.  However, to be included in the 2026-2027 Dharma School Directory, please submit your registration form and mail the applicable registration fee by the above due date.
Families new to the Fresno Betsuin Dharma School for 2026-2027
Families new to the Fresno Betsuin Dharma School for the 2026-2027 year receive an exemption and FREE registration for their first year of Dharma School. The registration fee will apply beginning with their second year.
Purpose of the annual registration fees
Registration fees go toward prizes for student attendance and participation as well as Dharma School activity supplies.  All dharma school students and families are invited to attend our year end party, however there will be a fee for those not registered.
Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple Membership
Families are highly encouraged to become members of the Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple, if they haven’t already. Temple membership helps to keep the temple running and to fund temple programs.

Release of Liability
On behalf of myself and my family, I acknowledge that certain activities my child(ren) may participate in carry the risk of injury.  I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Fresno Betsuin Dharma School and the Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple of any responsibility.

In case of an emergency involving a possible injury or illness, I grant permission to the Fresno Betsuin Dharma School/Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple or a representative thereof to arrange for medical, dental and/or surgical care at the nearest hospital.  I understand every effort will be made to notify me before such action is taken and the uninsured expense of this service will be assumed by me.  Regarding minor injuries, I will be notified and the child will be given first aid attention if necessary.

Photo/Video Consent
Photos and/or videos from Fresno Betsuin Dharma School youth activities may be posted to the Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple website, newsletter or other social media platform.  These same pictures may include other family members.  The Fresno Betsuin Dharma School/Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple retains the copyright of all photographs/videos taken which may be used for promotional, advertising or other publicity purposes.
