Vendor tables are priced as follows:
1 table - $200
2 tables - $375
3 tables - $525 
4 tables - $675
(More table packages and larger setup spaces available by request)
*All items, excluding clothing racks, must be setup on the table. Items cannot be setup on the floor in front of your vendor table, on boxes in front of your table, etc.

Vendor tables are approximately 8' x 3' each and include 2 chairs + 2 total admissions each. Up to 2 additional people may purchase admission & enter early per table (Additional purchasers must be present upon the table being checked in)

I understand that event setup is from 9-11:30AM. Vendor passes will expire at 11:30AM. Any vendor arriving past 11:30AM will not be permitted to setup, and no refunds will be given.

Will you be driving a vehicle with a trailer, or a vehicle larger than a cargovan?

Please note: You must contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event if you are planning on driving a vehicle with a trailer or vehicle larger than a cargovan. The unloading zones are not accessible via box truck or trailer, you will be given an alternate unload zone.

*If you do not notify us in advance to find an alternative route, we cannot guarantee load-in and load-out access at the venue

I understand that this is a sneaker & streetwear event, and it is strictly for sneakers, streetwear, and related items to be sold. All items at the event must be 100% authentic. 

The following items are not permitted to be sold/traded within the event:
-Food/drinks
-Illegal/Age-restricted items
-Items unrelated to this event
-Fakes/variants of any kind
*Those found to have any of the above will be removed from the event without refund.

I understand that any setup requiring the use of power tools is not permitted within the event. Any larger setups requiring labor or the use of power tools must contact us in advance for a general contractor contact. 
*Vendors are not permitted to setup tents within their space without prior approval.

I understand that table location is first come, first served at the event. Spaces are only reserved for sponsors and vendors who signed up early with 4+ tables. Please note that no special requests for table location can be made, and table location is given when you check-in at the event. 

*Please note: Wall spaces are extremely limited. We provide ample space in all table pods to ensure proper storage space no matter how many items you are bringing.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee me a vendor table. Vendor applications will be processed in the order that they are submitted. If your vendor application is approved, you will receive an email within 72 hours containing payment & vendor information.
