Purchase Order Request
This form will allow you to request an invoice for a purchase order for tickets to Abolitionist Teaching Network's 2021 Summer Fundraising Conference.

Upon completion of this form, an Abolitionist Teaching Network staff member will prepare and email you an invoice based on your responses to this form. You are then responsible for submitting the invoice to your school/district and asking them to email us the purchase order number.
Your registrations will be processed when we receive the purchase order from your school/district for the amount reflected on the invoice we send to you AND when we have the first and last name and email address for each person who will receive a ticket through the purchase order.
