This Form provides the information required to approve a Nights Away Event.

Please refer to POR Rule 9.2 (Nights Away) [Updated February 2024]

Approval will come from the District Commissioner (or a designated Nights Away Approver) usually within a few days.

Explorer Scout / Young Leader programmes must also be agreed with the Explorer Scout Commissioner

For all Nights Away events:

FINAL information below should be supplied 7 days before the event.
Fill in this form with your expected maximum numbers AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
and request someone reviews it well in advance: nan.reviewers@eastlondonscouts.org.uk.
Update it (using a link in the confirmation email) closer to the time.

The information in this form

Will be securely held on Google Servers for up to 3 school years (Sept - August) after submission
Will be also be sent to you by email.
It is your responsibility to delete email copies of this form in line with your group's policies.
