And Breathe: Intro to Jewish Mindfulness
Interested in Jewish mindfulness? Don’t know where to start? Gather with our mystic-in-residence Alison Laichter and fellow Russian-Speaking Angelenos for Jewish Mindfulness 101. This workshop will cover the basics of Jewish mindfulness with instruction, short exercises, Q & A, and discussion. This practice is open to people of all levels of experience and backgrounds, and is designed to offer a broad introduction to Jewish meditation and mindfulness practice. Come if you are a total beginner or an advanced yogi, if you’re interested in deepening your practice, Jew-ing it up, or finally learning how to sit still.

This event is free and designed for Russian-speaking Jewish young professionals in their 20's and 30's. Space is limited. RSVP only.
