Structure Number or Drawing Number Request

This form is used to request a structure number for a new structure or a drawing number for work on an existing structure. Please reference the Structures Design and Detailing Manual Section 2.14.1 to determine what type of number you require. Please be sure to choose the correct option below to determine which number you will be assigned.
