Please use this form to nominate yourself or someone else (with their permission) for consideration to run for a position on the Cal-TASH Board of Directors.

Cal-TASH Board Member Expectations

  • Maintain current TASH/Cal-TASH membership
  • Attend and participate in board meetings (2 in person per year, others virtually as necessary)
  • Attend and participate in the Summer Board Retreat (in person)
  • Serve on Board Committee(s) as directed by the Board or President
  • Assist in the planning of the Annual Conference
  • Attend and carry out assigned duties during the Annual Conference 
  • Present at the Annual Cal-TASH and/or TASH Conference (if applicable)
  • Participate in all Cal-TASH conference virtual meetings
  • Respond promptly to emails from Board Members
  • Assist as needed with virtual events (if applicable)
  • Represent Cal-TASH in your home community and throughout the state
  • Serve on board and conference committees
  • Participate in and attend fundraisers for Cal-TASH
  • Promote and advertise Cal-TASH events via email, social media, mail, phone, public events etc.

Nominations for consideration for CalTASH Board Member eleciton will close March 27, 2027.  Cal-TASH will review all nominations.  Short interviews will be conducted the week of April 6-10, 2027.

Cal-TASH will request a short biography and photo from the nominee.

The slate will be emailed to current Cal-TASH members and voting open Monday, April 20, 2027. Voting will close on April 27, 2027. Election results will be announced May 4, 2027.
