In partnership with Mariama Publishing, LLC, Wellness Groooves, LLC and Black Writers for Peace and Social Justice, Inc., Liberated Muse Arts Group presents our inaugural Wellness & Vitality REFRESH 2024. This three-hour event is tailored to meet the needs of busy women preparing for an upcoming fall season. Working women, parenting women, female business owners, young women, women in mid-life, women of walks of life are welcomed to participate in this event that will highlight nontraditional healing modalities, offer parent pep talks and coaching for parents of children in public/private school with special needs, share health and wellness tips through interactive workshops and present resources for parents considering homeschooling.

This is an application to vend and/or sponsor the event. It is an application rather than a simple form because we wish to ensure that we have a diverse array of vendors for the event. Diversity in offerings ensures that vendors will make sales and will not have to compete with one another. If you are not selected to vend at this event, we will keep your information on file to reach out to you for upcoming events we are offering. Vending is $50 and vendors must provide their own table and chair.

Sponsorship levels are explained below. Sponsorship tiers begin at $100 and includes an opportunity to vend.

It costs $50 to vend at this event. Vendors will be located outside to vend. Vendors must bring their own table and chair to vend. The table must not be longer than 6 feet long. We are interested in vendors that sell the items below. Please select from the list below the items or services that you vend and would offer at our event.

SOLD OUT: Bronze Sponsorship $100: As a Bronze Sponsor, your business will receive a prime opportunity to connect directly with the diverse and dynamic attendees of the Wellness & Vitality REFRESH 2024 event. For a sponsorship investment of $100, you will have the opportunity to vend at the event, providing your own table and chair to showcase your products or services. Additionally, your company name and logo will be prominently featured in the event program, ensuring visibility among all attendees. Your business will be acknowledged during the opening and closing remarks of the event, further enhancing your presence. We will also provide a social media shout-out on all event-related posts, extending your reach to our broader online community. To maximize your promotional efforts, you can include your promotional materials in the attendee goodie bags, ensuring your brand stays with participants even after the event concludes.

(2 AVAILABLE) Silver Sponsorship $250: The Silver Sponsor tier, priced at $250, offers an enhanced package designed to provide greater visibility and engagement with event attendees. In addition to all the benefits of the Bronze Sponsor tier, Silver Sponsors enjoy enhanced vendor placement in high-traffic areas, increasing the likelihood of attendee interaction and sales. Your company name, logo, and a 50-word description will be featured in the event program, offering more detailed exposure to attendees. A half-page advertisement in the program will further highlight your business. Special recognition and thanks will be given on the event website and across our social media platforms, extending your brand's reach and recognition. Additionally, Silver Sponsors receive one complimentary event ticket, allowing you to invite a guest to experience the event firsthand.

(1 AVAILABLE) Gold Sponsorship $500: For businesses seeking the highest level of exposure and engagement, the Gold Sponsor tier offers a comprehensive package for $500. This tier includes all the benefits provided to Silver Sponsors but with premium enhancements. Gold Sponsors receive premium vendor placement with a dedicated space, ensuring maximum visibility and interaction with attendees. Your company name, logo, and a 100-word description will be prominently featured in the event program, along with a full-page advertisement to showcase your business comprehensively.
