Meal Account Refund or Donate Request

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Klein ISD Nutrition and Food Services Department will issue meal account refunds or donations upon requests.

Requests must come from a parent or legal guardian listed in Skyward. Once requests have been submitted, the processing time takes between 2 and 4 weeks to have a paper check mailed to the address listed on this request. Refunds may take longer than expected during the summer and other school breaks. Refunds cannot be issued back to a credit card if SchoolCafe/Cybersoft was used. SchoolCafe/Cybersoft is a third party app and not controlled by Klein ISD.

*Please be aware that a separate form must be submitted for each student meal account that you would like to have refunded.
