Paparangi Scout Group (PSG) will be provided with the following information as part of the conditions of hire:

Payment of bond and Hire Fee are required 1 week before the Start date of the hire period.
A Hall hire form is to be completed including contact details of the Hirer and PSG in case of emergency.
Hire is pending approval of Wellington City Council.
A PSG representative will meet the Hirer on the day of hire, unlock the Hall and disarm the alarm, inspect the Hall with the Hirer and note any existing damage or areas of concern. Note: Only a key is to be issued, no alarm codes.
At the conclusion of the hire, a PSG representative will meet with the Hirer, inspect the Hall for any damage to areas of concern, collect the key and arm the alarm.
The Hall must be vacated by midnight of the day of hire.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises, unless by prior agreement with the Committee.
The Hirer must ensure that the noise level is kept at reasonable levels, i.e. we expect there to be no complaints to WCC noise control by neighbours.
The Hirer will provide their tea towels, cleaning products, clean up, remove all rubbish & leave the Hall as they found it at the end of the hire period.
The Hirer will be responsible for repairing or paying for any damage to the Hall or its equipment in the unlikely event they cause damage to the Hall or equipment.
No other groups can use the Hall other than as agreed specifically by the Paparangi Scout Committee.
Breach of these conditions may lead to immediate termination of the hire leading to the requirement to immediately vacate the Hall.
