You can quickly summarize it or reference posts or other materials you've already circulated. We're looking to put together programs around themes so an understanding of your topic, era, and the hook for your story will help us do that effectively. This information might be used in preparing material to announce events, but won't otherwise be circulated publicly.  We will not put you on the calendar without discussing the details of time and the theme with you first.
