Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee 2020 Festival Season Food Truck Vendor Application
For our inaugural year of the Immokalee Bluegrass Festival on March 14th & Para La Cultura - A Latin Music Festival on March 21st 2020, we are offering a limited amount of food concession vendor spots with no application fee or upfront costs to each of these wonderful new community events. All vendors submissions are subject to approval. All applicants will be notified of approval status within 30 days of application submission.
All Concession Vendors Are Required to Submit A Fee Of 10% of Gross Receipts. This Fee Is Due After Event Closes And Before Vendor Leaves The Event Site. There Is No Application Fee Required Previous To Event. *

I understand and agree to the following Rules & Conditions: A standard K Class fire extinguisher is required. No electricity is provided, but vendors are allowed to supply a small personal generator as long as it passes Fire Dept requirements. Vendor must abide by all Health Dept and Fire Department Safety Requirements including permits, etc where applicable. Vendor is responsible to submit all earnings to IRS and must self-pay all associated taxes. Promoter takes no responsibility for any losses incurred trough theft, carelessness, force majeure, riots, etc. •Designated fire lanes must be kept clear at all times. Food vendor is responsible for the security of all equipment, product, and personal affects. •Vendor shall make extra effort to oversee all areas immediately surrounding his/her booth to avoid accumulation of trash and dispose of trash properly in bags or containers. •All employee and supply vehicles MUST be removed from the event site at least one hour prior to the opening of the gates on event day(s). Additional supplies must be brought in by hand or cart, no vehicles allowed on grounds after event starts. •All equipment must be removed and cleanup completed within 3 hours immediately following the ending of event(s). All necessary equipment is required to be brought by vendor, including but not limited to tables, tents, chairs, personal generator, etc. *

I understand that each approved vendor booth comes with 4 vendor wristbands. If additional wristbands are required, I understand I may be asked to purchase additional wristbands needed for booth operations at a discounted rate if there is an entry fee for patrons. *
