This includes any form of public disclosure or distribution of event details, behind-the-scenes content, or any other information related to the event. *

The contractor hereby grants RGV Photo + Video and its affiliated entities the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use any photographs, videos, or other recorded materials capturing the contractor's likeness, appearance, or performance during the event, for marketing, promotional, advertising, or any other related purposes. This grant includes the right to edit, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and create derivative works from such materials without any compensation or recognition to the contractor. The contractor understands and agrees that RGV Photo + Video shall have the perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive right to use the contractor's likeness without limitation, in any medium or format, whether currently known or developed in the future. The contractor waives any rights or claims, including but not limited to moral rights or publicity rights, in connection with the use of their likeness as described herein.
