Project Hmong at California State University, Sacramento and Hmong Youth and Parents United invites you to our community "Food for Thought" summer collaboration.

Calling all high school and college students to join us for a culturally inclusive and safe environment to engage in dialogue, cooking demo, and peer support to foster a positive community.

When: Fridays, July 10, 17, 24 and 31 2020
Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm

July 10: COVID-19: Life Before and After
July 17: Expectation vs Reality
July 24: Positive Change
July 31: Goals and Positive Self-Talk

These events will beheld online via Zoom and space is limited to 10 people. RSVP is required. You will receive a confirmation to verify you are registered to attend this event. It will also have the Zoom link provided again in that same email.
