Speaker Dr. Ma Weihua is the Executive Director, President and CEO of China Merchants Bank (CMB). Established in 1987, CMB is China’s first joint-stock commercial bank entirely owned by enterprise legal person. CMB has won many awards domestically and internationally, and become one of the most influential brand in China. Dr. Ma also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for CIGNA & CMC life Insurance Company Ltd., Chairman of China Merchants Fund Management Co. Ltd., and Wing Lung Bank Ltd. He has also served on multiple international educational and research institutes, social organizations and industry associations, and received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to China’s private sector.
