The Art of Acting Studio Rental Request Form

Please fill out the Rental Request Form below. We will review your request and email you if we can accommodate it or not. We require all fields to be completed.

If you wish to view the spaces in-person, please list it in the very last question. We will schedule tours via email; we DO NOT accept walk-ins.

Rental Rates

$10/hr for alumni of The Art of Acting Studio of LA and The Stella Adler Studio of NYC

$30/hr for non-alumni

An additional staff fee of $20/hr will be added if reservations are placed outside regular Studio hours.

Studio Hours

Monday - Friday: 11:00am-6:00pm

Saturday: 12:00pm-4:00pm

Sunday: 6:00pm-9:00pm

*Classes are in session for our Professional Conservatory. Therefore there is very limited availability for any rental requests after 6:00pm Monday - Friday.

*The Art of Acting Studio will not accept rental requests April 22 - May 27 due to school productions. And July 8 - August 10 due to summer classes and no space availability. No rental requests will be accommodated during this time.

*The Studio will be closed August 17 - September 3.

*Studio Events: No rental requests will be accommodated if they conflict with Studio events.

*The Studio will be closed for all major holidays. Rental requests that are scheduled outside the regular studio hours will result in an additional $20/hr staff fee to accommodate that request.

**Please note that we will reject all large requests that are less than two weeks out from the rental form submission date. Exceptions: small rentals, self-tapes, and meetings. If your rental falls under one of these categories, please proceed and complete the form below.

Studio 4 - Open space with no fixed audience section; Medium sized space (can hold up to 30 seats)

Theatre 1 - Large space with thrust audience section (43 fixed seats)

Theatre 2 - Large space with proscenium audience section (43 fixed seats)
