Thank you so much for taking interest in our walk! We like to collect a bit of information from people who haven't been to our walks before so we'd really appreciate it if you could read through and fill in some info below.
Disclaimer
Wobbly Socials are intended to reduce isolation for anyone who often feels a bit ‘wobbly’ about socialising. You don't need a reason to feel that way but you could be a new parent who feels nervous about getting out and about again, you might've just moved to a new city and have no idea how to meet people or maybe work is just so busy that you've not made any time for yourself and now you're not sure where to start.
If you are looking for support for your mental health then please contact mental health charity, Mind, they have a number of services available:

To make everyone as comfortable as possible we have a few rules that we put in place to make this a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
If you're not enjoying yourself or you need to head off for any reason, you don't have to stay - just let your walk leader know that you're leaving.
Don't give out your details to strangers. You will be walking with people you've likely never met before, don't be silly and give out identifying details like your home address.
No hate speech, bullying or talk that could make people uncomfortable. This is a safe space for anyone to join, any unpleasant behaviour will not be tolerated.
These events are for people aged 18-65 only.
If you have any questions or concerns about the event then please email us at:
