RHC June Half Term Performance Camp Sign Up Form
Welcome to the June Half Term sign up form.

This year we are excited to offer a high performance hockey camp over June Half Term there are limited spaces (30) so please make sure you sign up early.

The camps are set up to push the individual player to improve their skill set, movement and game play ability to the highest level.

Sessions will be coached by current International and Premier League players.

Minimum Playing Level - JAC or Above***

June Half Term Camp: Thursday 31st May 2018 and Friday 1st June 2018

Age Range: 13 +

Boys and Girls 13 +

Venue:

Reading HC Sonning Ln, Sonning, Reading RG4 6ST

Times:

All sessions: 9.30am -4.00pm

Cost:

1 Day: £50
2 Day: £90.

You will receive an email shortly before the camp with more details of itinerary for the days and what to bring with you.

Please make payment either by:

1. a BACS transfer online using the player's initial, surname and which you are camp attending as a reference. (egJBloggsJune HTPC) BACS - RCHC Camps, Sort Code: 60-10-35 Account Number: 65300297

2. by sending a cheque (payable to RCHC Camps) with the player's name and camp you are attenidng (eg J Bloggs June HT Performance Camp) written on the reverse to Reading Hockey Club, Sonning Lane, READING, Berkshire, RG4 6ST. Please mark your envelope FAO Judith Barton Colts Section.

Please supply a packed lunch each day, snacks and a drink for your child.

Gum-shields and Shin Pads should be worn at all times on the pitch.

If you do not have a stick, let us know and we will provide one for you!
