When can I order?
Please submit your order as soon as possible and mail your payment and cards within 10 days after submitting your online order. The deadline is Sunday, May 19, 2019. Orders received after May 19th will require an additional $20 late fee and may not be accepted. Be considerate of the volunteers - last year over 5000 balloons were purchased and we cannot process them all at the last minute. All Orders are Final.
How do I order?
Step 1: Complete this online form.
Step 2: After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please print two copies of that email - keep one for your records. Three things should then be mailed or dropped off at our NEW 2019 address: Balloons in June, 5 Ross Lane, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. 1 The confirmation email 2 A check for the total payment due, made out to "RHS Student Activities Fund" (NO CASH, PLEASE) 3 3” x 5" index card(s) (not larger) for each graduate you ordered for. On one side - write your personal message to the graduate and on the other side - it is important to write the graduate’s name and street address as the cards get separated from the order confirmation during the sorting process. Note: each balloon does not need its own card - for instance, you can send 5 balloons to one student with just one card.
