Deepspace Fest Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in vendoring for Deepspace Fest, a Love and Deepspace event! Here's everything you need to know.

Timeline

Acceptances are sent on a rolling basis as applications come in. Final date for submissions is JUNE 10. Final notifications delivered by JUNE 17.

Vendor Info

  • Space & Cost: $100 for one 6-foot table in an indoor space. 2 chairs provided. All funds go towards the nonprofit, with a financial report provided after the show per 501(c)(3) requirements.
  • Event Date: September 19th, 2026. Setup starts at 12 PM. Show runs 1 PM to 6 PM. Breakdown complete by 8 PM.
  • Sharing: Up to 1 other artist (two people total) can share your space at no extra cost.
  • 18+ Material may be displayed but must be covered and labeled.

Selection Process: Vendors are chosen by jury and then lottery. The jury determines whether requirements are met.

Merchandise Requirements: You must have Love and Deepspace items available for sale. Please showcase your LADS merchandise on your social media.
