All volunteer proctors must also complete a volunteer registration form with Cumberland County Schools (link located at the end of the proctor registration form below).
NOTE: Parents and family members of seniors can earn one graduation ticket for every 2 days of proctoring. Limit of 2 extra tickets per senior can be earned through volunteer proctoring. (Note: Extra graduation tickets are limited and are offered on a first earned basis). Parents and family members of sophomores and juniors can earn student parking spot preference for the 2019 - 2020 school year after serving 2 or more days of proctoring. Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.
*Pursuant to NCDPI testing regulations, proctors are not allowed to bring cell phones into testing rooms. We ask that you please leave your cell phone at home or in your vehicle. If you bring your cell phone into the school building on exam day, you will be required to place your cell phone in a sealed, signed envelope and turn it into the main office. Your cell phone will be locked up in the main office during testing and will be returned to you immediately upon the completion of your proctor assignment.
