K9 Nose Work® Class registration
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This form is for NEW CUSTOMERS only. Once the form is completed you will be sent a link to set up an account.  Once the account is set up you will be invoiced for the appropriate class for your dog. 

If you are an EXISITING CUSTOMER please go directly to https://doggonefunnc.gingrapp.com/front_end/index and sign in to your account to sign up for any class.  If you are unable to do this please fill out the form below.

Please note that the reservation for the class is not complete until the fee is paid, a signed waiver is completed and up to date vaccination records on file.

Refund Policy: Tuition Refund can be given up to 7 days before the class begins minus a 20 dollar administration fee.  Tuition will not be refunded 1 week before the first day of class.  Account credit will be considered under extenuating circumstances.  This credit can only used for the person originally signing up for classes.
