Application form for obtaining login details for PM's SSS for J&K 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22 (For Institutions Only)
This Application is used only for obtaining login details to apply for claiming Academic fee part of the institution and for the verification of J&K Students admitted under PMSSS for A/Y 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 only. There is no online verification required by the institute in case of 2013-14 & 2014-15 batch students admitted under this Scheme.
Note:
1. Submit the separate form in case your trust has more than one institution.
2. Institute Username Password will be provided to you only if the Information provided by you is genuine.
3. Please Submit form only once
4. This form is applicable for Institutions only. Students do not apply.
5. Institutions who already received Username/Password do not apply.
6. Answer Question number 17 promptly and provide all student details alongwith J&K Student Id. Otherwise your application will not be processed
7. Incase of AICTE approved institution, Fill Institution name as on AICTE Approval Letter
