Join Our Team: Registered Nurse (RN) for IM Ketamine Therapy 

We are a physician-led clinic in Philadelphia dedicated to reimagining mental health care and expanding access to innovative treatments for trauma, depression, and anxiety. Our team integrates medical expertise with compassion, presence, and respect for each person’s healing journey.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer intramuscular ketamine injections once per week and monitor patients during their sessions. Each clinic day involves approximately two patients, with injections spaced 15 minutes apart and one hour of monitoring afterward. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, once per week (Monday/Tuesday preferred). Compensation is $45–55 per hour (~$250 per clinic day). You will be paired with a trained psychedelic facilitator who will hold space for the patient during the sessions. You will be responsible to provide the injection and monitor the patient for physical safety during the session.  We are located in West Philadelphia.
