Use this form to report bullying, harassment, or any concern about a student's safety or wellbeing. You can submit anonymously — you don't have to give your name.

Leaving your contact information is optional but helps: anonymous reports are always welcome and taken seriously, but without a way to reach you, we may be limited in how fully we can investigate.

You can also talk with an administrator, teacher, counselor, or the School Resource Officer directly: 217-379-9202. If this is an emergency, call 911. Reports sent after hours are reviewed the next school day.
