Clearwater and the Clearwater Festival support the emergence of the Hudson Valley and New York metropolitan area as a thriving green economy. The Green Living Expo showcases businesses that support this goal and that will benefit from their association with us. Our festival attendees are an ideal match for firms providing green products and services. These consumers are informed, intelligent, motivated, articulate, and seek products that are part of a sustainable lifestyle. The festival offers a unique opportunity to personally interact with consumers who will bring information back to their communities.

Exhibition Details and Specifications:
-Exhibitors have the option of setting up under a large GL Expo tent (preferred arrangement) or under their own tent adjacent to the GL Expo tent (vendors must supply their own pop-up tent, rain and shade cover).
-Standard booth space inside and outside the GL Expo tent is 10' x 10'.
-Location of display is solely within Clearwater's discretion.
-Display materials must conform to designated space.
-Display materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
-Confirmed registration includes the following: One 6' table, linens and 2 chairs are included inside the GL Expo tent; listing in the festival program book, exhibitor passes, & parking passes are included for all GLE vendors; the option to purchase an electric connection is available inside the GL Expo tent.
-No portable generators will be permitted.
-Vendor/Exhibitor Participation is subject to approval by the Clearwater Festival. We do not guarantee exclusivity of products/services in any Vendor/Exhibitor category.

6:30 AM - 8:00 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019
Exhibit Hours:
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Saturday, June 15, 2019
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Sunday, June 16, 2019

The Green Living Expo Exhibitor fees are:
$425 under the GLE tent 10’ x 10’ booth space (includes 1 skirted table and 2 chairs). This is the preferred location.
$350 “outside” adjacent location: exhibitors to supply their own pop-up tent.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own set-up and clean up.


-Vendors are allowed to camp near their booth.
-All tents must be taken down and cars off the festival grounds by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
-Campsites are also available in the campgrounds Friday through Sunday night. Some campsites in the campgrounds have fire pits available for cooking.
-Fires are only allowed in campground fire pits.
-Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for their own food. Food vendors sell a variety of foods on Saturday and Sunday during festival hours (9AM-8:30PM).
-A limited number of RV sites (with electrical and water hookups) are available by reservation only and fill up quickly. Please call the Clearwater Office (845-265-8080 x7112) for details and availability.
-Clearwater provides limited "Peacekeeper" security and 24-hour first aid for festival and vendor/exhibit areas throughout the weekend.
-No pets are allowed on the festival site, except certified guide dogs.
