Chicago Poetry Center featured reader inquiry
Hello and thank you for your interest in performing with the Chicago Poetry Center.

We have two regular reading series, Blue Hour (3rd Wednesday of each month at Haymarket House, September through May) and Poetry @ the Green (Mondays in the Loop, June through August.)

To be considered for a featured reader spot, please complete the form below. If you have any questions, email curator@poetrycenter.org and we will get back to you.

While we are always excited to learn about new poets, we receive many more inquiries than we have featured spots available for. If we need more information, we will be in touch. As a small team with a high volume of requests, we are not able to reply to every inquiry. Thank you for understanding!

Please note that both the Summer 2026 Poetry at the Green and 2026-27 Blue Hour seasons are fully booked, but we are always interested in hearing from people who may be interested in reading for us in the future or in case a feature has to cancel.
