Welcome! Thank you for your interest in applying for a Library Account with the Arcadia Public Library. This form is for NEW accounts only. You will receive an email with your account information within 48 hours. Your Library Account can be used to access online services and check-out items (maximum of 5 items).

Please note that account access is temporary and valid for 90 days from your registration date. Once the library reopens you will be able to obtain your physical card. To do so, you will need to show your valid government issued identification card and proof of your current address.

The cardholder is responsible for all materials checked out on this card, agrees to pay promptly all charges for overdue, lost or damaged materials and will give immediate notice of any change of address or loss of library card. This card is non-transferable and there is a replacement charge for lost or damaged cards.
