Please complete this form to register your student co-presenters by January 12, 2026. A
maximum of three student co-presenters is allowed per session. Any additional students beyond this limit will not be accepted. Student names will not be published in the session listing, and each student must be accompanied by an adult chaperone
at all times.
In mid-January, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the details about your chaperone and student(s). Once you have verified the information is correct, we will then email specific instructions to the chaperone regarding badge pickup. Only the chaperone or the primary presenter should pick up the badges.
