Lodging and Program Cost:  All participants who are travelling alone MUST register for Single Occupancy rooms. If you are travelling with a friend or significant other and wish to share a room with them, then you may select Double Occupancy.

NOTE:  Price of program includes 7 night accommodation, 2 meals/day, ground transportation for the entire week for all group-scheduled activities, all scheduled workshops, classes, jam sessions and access to all concerts that are part of the scheduled program, access and use of percussion instruments that will be supplied on site.

Prices do NOT include:  Flight to Italy and ground transportation to and from the event, lunch, extra alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks that are not already supplied with the meal, personal travel insurance, and personal purchases of souvenirs.

A deposit of 1000$ USD or 1000 Euros must be paid when registering.

The final balance of payment must be received by: June 1, 2026.

A partial refund of 50% of the program cost will be issued if you need to cancel up to 30 days before the start of the program. No refunds after June 13,2026

We suggest you book early to guarantee your flight. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport to travel to Italy.  All participants should have active health and medical coverage during their stay in the program.
