The #LEAD (Leading Education Advocating and Dedication) Program is a life skills, leadership, and college/career readiness program offered to high school juniors and seniors and college freshman (up to 20 yrs of age) throughout Tulare County.

Being a part of the #LEAD program you will learn about social capital, college/career readiness, mental health awareness, financial literacy, leadership, mentorship and many other topics.  You will also have the opportunity to mentor others, attend college/cultural field trips, provide community services, be eligible for scholarships and paid internships.

If you are a returning #LEAD senior, you are eligible to be a student Aide.  Student aides will need to make a time commitment to #LEAD besides in sessions.  Responsibilities will include, note/record keeping, planning activities, assisting the planning field trips and community service project.  If you have any questions please reach out to us.
