Yellow Ribbon Application
The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the Post-9/11 Veterans Education Assistance Act of 2008. Under this program, Hamline University has entered into an agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs to fund tuition expenses that exceed the VA’s yearly maximum tuition and fee reimbursement amount for student-veterans who are eligible for 100% of Chapter 33 (Post 9/11 GI Bill®) benefits.

To receive benefits under the Yellow Ribbon Program you must:
1) Apply to use your Post 9/11 GI Bill® benefits (if you have not already done so) at www.vets.gov/education/apply/
2) Complete the online Certification Request Form at https://goo.gl/forms/I82ZtEpiqADEEjkI3
