Homeschooling Workshop - War & the Environment (gr. 4-8) - only 15 spots available.

How has warfare affected the environment? How has the environment affected warfare? Experience the hardships of war through the lens of these two very important questions. Enlist in World War II and discover how the decisions you and your squad mates make were affected by the environment and how your decisions impact the environment.

Location: Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum
500 Northeast Captain Michael King Smith Way, McMinnville, OR 97128
Date: Friday, Friday, November 16
Time: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (check in at 8:45 in the Movie Theater building)
Run by Evergreen Aviation staff (no DCS staff on site).

Parents can register to stay and participate in the workshop, stay to observe only, or drop students off at 8:45, check in, then leave and come back at 2:00 pm to pick them up.

Each DCS student will automatically be charged $10 from their $300 Classes and Field Trips Allotment Fund.
