Hunger's Response to Homelessness Registration
This event is an opportunity to increase knowledge and collaboration amongst agencies who are already working or interested in working to address the rise in homelessness in Seattle and King County. Content will be geared towards emergency food service providers in Seattle, but the event is open to all individuals interested in learning how hunger response agencies can collaborate to also address homelessness due to the intersectionality of these two experiences.

The programming will be divided into two time slots:

I. Morning Sessions: A choice between one of two morning sessions: A) a series of presentations on existing programming and best practices, and B) a facilitated group discussion to promote collaboration between agencies working to address homelessness.

II. Midday Panel: A multi-sector panel that ultimately identifies what collaboration looks like for a hunger response to homelessness.

Date & Time: Thursday, December 6th @ 9:30am - 1:30pm
Location: Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church

Check-in begins at 9:00am. Lunch will be provided. Free parking will be available in the parking lot and on the streets surrounding the venue.

This event is brought to you by the Seattle Food Committee. Any questions can be directed to Charlene Hsia ( | 206.694.6830)
