This form must be completed in order to begin receiving grant funding for your composting services. Grant funding will be available for one year increments. Once you submit this form, we will notify the service provider to begin applying a $20/month discount to your invoice. In order to be eligible for the grant funding you must be GDA certified or recertified within the last 16 months (after March 1st of 2021).  If your last GDA recertification was before 3/1/2022 please contact Ben@earthday-365.org to schedule your recertification for access to the grant.
