Undergraduate students should complete this form to request necessary updates to their HireSmith profile by the Office of Career Services UG team. This form has information to make updates on major, graduation term, and/or citizenship status. Be as specific as possible when describing the changes you need made.

Please note most information in your HireSmith profile can be updated under the Background tab. OCS encourages you to check all details (contact information, preferred industries and functions, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
