    Winter Policies

    From December 1 to April, pick-ups will begin at 9 a.m, so clients are advised to book their medical appointments accordingly. Morning departures will be cancelled when school boards cancel buses or there are weather advisories in Shelburne County or destination areas. Afternoon departures will be assessed based on forecasts, advisories, and at the discretion of drivers and staff.
