Table Reservation & Event Hosting Request
Tables at FCBG can be reserved for a night out with friends or to host your event such as graduation/birthday/retirement/corporate parties with 24+ hour notice.  We can accommodate most group sizes with appropriate notice.  At this time there is no cost for reserving tables at the FCBG, we just request that your group show up on time and/or notify us of any changes in plans.  We will do our best to hold reservations for approximately 20-30 minutes.

RESERVATION INFO
-Once we receive your request, we will reach out via email if we are unable to fulfill your reservation request, have questions, and/or to answer any of your questions. We'll do our best to respond within 24-72 hours.
-The overall number of tables that we can reserve per day is limited, but we can usually find a way to make something work.
-We do not reserve the entire pavilion and limit the max number of tables under the pavilion per group.
-At this time we do not reserve the "Fire Pit" Areas.
-Table Request of 5 or more tables may require a "Minimum Deposit Fee," which is based on the total number of tables and/or total number of attendees.  The "Minimum Deposit Fee" is paid at the time of the reservation confirmation and is returned in "Drink Chips" for your group to use when you arrive on your selected date.
-Blackout Dates may apply including Taco Fest of Racine (7/23/22) and Franksville Food Truck Festival (9/9/22 & 9/10/22)  

RULES
-Carry-in food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. All regular beer garden rules apply including NO CARRY-IN ALCOHOL*, no grilling, and no hanging decorations without approval.  We also ask that your group do its part by not leaving your reserved tables and/or area a mess.

LARGE GROUP AREAS
-If you're interested in holding a larger event or need a larger area, please let us know in the comment area.  We've hosted various events and have even arranged for groups to reserve an "Large Group Area" of the beer garden and allowed them to request a tent (if available) for their groups.  A "Minimum Deposit Fee" and tent rental fee (if applicable) may be required for use of "Large Group Areas."  Please complete form to discuss further.

*Any carry-in alcohol observed will need to be removed or disposed of from the beer garden immediately upon request.  It is the person reserving the table(s) responsibility to make sure carry-in policies are followed.  All park rules and ordinances must be followed at all times.
