Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Chesapeake Jubilee! The 2018 festival will be held May 18th thru 20th in Chesapeake City Park at 900 Greenbrier Parkway. We are in the process of booking our entertainers (visit our website for details (www.chesapeakejubilee.org) and we are looking forward to another successful weekend.
The Chesapeake Jubilee draws people from all over the Hampton Roads area and from the entire state. The 2018 Jubilee features Amusements of America large capacity rides, along with well-known entertainers scheduled for all three nights. The 2018 Jubilee will again host a “Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned” BBQ Cook-off. This is a nationally recognized competition which continues to be a huge success. We are expecting a large crowd again this year. Vendor spots for BBQ are limited. The Executive Committee will continue to charge an entrance fee for 2018 Jubilee attendees. This nominal fee will include admission to the entire Jubilee site. The Executive Committee has set the following fee structure for food concessions, based on required front footage.*
Up to 15 ft. - $1000.00
16 ft - 25 ft. - $1500
26 ft and up - $2000
* Due to limited space, measurements must be exact, including overhang and/or signage space.

The deadline for submitting your application is March 7, 2017. Notice of acceptance or rejection will be mailed the week of March 24, 2017. Please note that a $100 deposit is required with the application. Last minute cancellations (less than 30 days from Jubilee start date) will forfeit the deposit. Deposits will be refundable, provided that your site is clean and cleared of all trash before your departure, and meets Committee approval.Payment of your site fees will be required upon return of your lease agreement no later than April 3, 2017. The lease agreement will contain the amount of your fees, which will be based upon the size of your requested concession space.We look forward to your participation in the 2017 Chesapeake Jubilee.

No refunds after May 1, 2018 for any reason.
