Community Way - 2024 Harvest Hoopla (10/19 12pm-4pm)

Due to the wonderful community response from last year we will once again have a community information section at our Harvest Hoopla!

This area is reserved for Randolph service organizations only. No businesses, non-Randolph organizations, or for-profits are able to table here as there is limited space. If you are a for-profit organization you can reach out to the event organizer rrinehart@randolph-ma.gov to see about renting space for a booth (space is currently extremely limited).

If accepted into Community Way (local info tabling) you will be given a 10x10 space to engage with the public.

All questions about Community Way should be directed to elarosee@randolph-ma.gov.

Please be available on 10/20 for a raindate if necessary.

If accepted into Community Way I agree to the following (please check all boxes to be considered): *

Myself or another member of my organization will arrive at Powers Farm, 592 North Main St at 10am for set-up on 10/19 (the event is 12pm-4pm)

Myself or another member of my organization will be at our table for the entire length of the event

Myself and other members of my organization will park offsite (after unloading) at a designated location

My organization is responsible for bringing my own table, chairs, and tent (if bringing a tent I will bring appropriate weights to ensure it does not move around in the wind)

My organization will follow all instructions provided in relation to this event (an email with detailed instructions will be sent to all organizations that have been accepted into Community Way)

My organization may hand out information, giveaways, etc. but may not hand out any food that is not prepackaged (a food permit is required for anything you cook and distribute to the public - we will have multiple food trucks on site)

My assigned spot within the community way area may change based on last minute cancellations (in order to provide good flow and cohesion)
