The Neighbourhood Trust Community Garden Project Survey
The Green Lab is delighted to be partnering with Neighbourhood Trust on a Community Garden Co-Design Project. The Green Lab is a non-profit organisation that creates urban green spaces that enable strong social connections and promote wellbeing. The Neighbourhood Trust supports the people of Mairehau, St Albans, and Shirley to build vibrant, connected communities, where every person can reach their potential. They partner with other like-minded organisations to offer programmes, classes and events that create connections, support local people, and build on community strengths.

The Neighbourhood Trust initiated the project after community feedback supported developing a shared garden space. They have secured a section behind the McFaddens Centre -  64 McFaddens Rd, St Albans to develop this project and we invite you to join our co-design process to shape it.

This is the first step where we reach out to the community for feedback and ideas. In early 2022, we will run a series of hui/workshops toward finalising a design with The Neighbourhood Trust and local community members. Once a design is decided on, we will work with you, the local community, to build it! When it is complete, the project will be handed over to The Neighbourhood Trust and the community to enjoy and care for.

The following survey has  questions, please answer as many or as few as you feel comfortable with. We will be accepting answers until 23 January 2022
