This is an annual ticketed event.

By completing this form your information will be stored by AOK Events and not distributed to any third party avenues. Information will be supplied only to the Murray Bridge A&H Society for invoicing purposes only.

Welcome to the Murray Bridge Show Trade & Vendor Application Form 2022

**$10 overdue fee will apply to all payment notifications beyond the site payment required date**
 **Site fees are non refundable for late cancellations or no show**
Should the event be cancelled due to COVID-19, vendor fees will be refunded within 30 business days from cancellation less a 10% administration fee.

Once you have completed the application form it will be assessed and you will be advised of the outcome via email no later than the acceptance date noted above.

The Murray Bridge Show is a family friendly event and is subject to controls on what we can have on the ground.  
We must abide by all legislative requirements for health and public safety.  
Please read the rules and regulations.  If you are found to be non-compliant you will be asked to dismantle your site and leave the grounds.
 
It is a requirement that all vendors complete SA Health COVID19 Marshall Training and provide certificate details.
Vendors are required to comply with social distancing and any other COVID-19 requirements as directed by event coordinators.

Contact details including business name, number and email will be provided to the Murray Bridge A&H Society for invoicing purposes only.

Personal contact details are required to be collected for COVID-19 contact tracing and will be supplied to SA Health in accordance with requirements should they be requested. Please ensure your details are up to date and accurate.

All marquees and shade structures are required to be adequately weighted on all four (4) legs with 20kg weights per leg - this is a council requirement.

All food vendors and amusement providers are required to hold $20million public liability insurance.
All trade vendors are required to hold minimum $10million public liability insurance.
